I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Wilmington, MA) in May 2014
Interview
Contacted a team member through LinkedIn and applied on ADI's website. I got two phone screens and an on-site interview. The phone interviews involved some basic questions about background and a few technical questions about op amp circtuits and feedback around op amp. After that, I was invited for an all day, on-site interview. During this interview, I interviewed with each member of the team (5+ hrs). I was offered the position once all interviews were completed and my manager received positive feedback.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions were technical questions I expected (step response for a high-pass or low-pass RC filter, op amp circuits, etc.). One interview was different in that, he asked me to explain one of my projects to him as if he were a layman with no technical expertise (using whiteboard).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Manila, Manila) in Jul 2025
Interview
I was called by a recruiter telling me that I have a technical interview the next day. The technical interview was okay, there were two interviewers, they were very kind, and I really had a good time. I was not able to answer all the questions, however, they discussed the answers without making me feel dumb. After that was the final interview, it was also a technical interview, mostly about circuit analysis. I also had a good time.

Campus placements are conducted in 4 stages. Technical exam followed by two sessions of 3 member panel of interview and then at last an HR round. Technical rounds focus on your basic knowledge, where they check if your fundamentals are strong.
