Fairly straightforward. Most focus was on CDC analysis, System Verilog and based on my background, some questions about Formal Verification. Regarding CDC, it was the typical setup and hold violations, metastability and synchronizers.

The interview process was rigorous and detailed with strong emphasis on technical content . The interviews were very through in their understanding of the subject matter , for a senior position like this focus was still on technical content and this is something to be noted.
