It was good interview process I had a referral which is probably why I got a first-round interview. I got rejected after final round (2nd round) interview, not knowing why I got rejected. I thought I did well in the 3 hour interview, but I guess not. It was a great fit for me, so I think you need to have lots of experience and really ace final round interview.

Round 1 is relatively simple: it's a behavioral round with 1-2 people focusing on your interest in the firm as well as any past experience and project work. Be prepared to be quantitative in your responses and expect follow up questions.

First Interview is behavioural and about the CV content, it may be technical but only related to the content you describe in your cv so make sure to revise that properly.
