First was with Recruiter (there were two recruiters actually - one was sourcing and another was part of the company). They vetted me and scheduled an interview with Hiring Manager.
Hiring Manager was sweet. Interview was easy. I wasnt prepared and I felt that I did not do well. Consequently I did not receive the offer, which was fine. What pissed me was that the recruiter who was co ordinal and prompt on emails and calls until the hiring manager interview, did not respond to my emails on results of the interview.
Then I questioned myself if I really do want to work for a company that does not feel the need to respect other people's time. To be fair, most recruiters are like that. But that was the last time I applied for ancestry. It was dying dinosaur from what I have heard. Good luck to anyone joining a company which treats rejected people like dirt.
