I quit the interview process before making it to the hiring manager. The Ancestry recruitment team is by far the worst I have had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. As a candidate I should not have to follow up with the recruiter 4 times in the fear of being "ghosted" to get a meeting with the hiring manager as described as next steps. After the 4th, I withdrew my application
