First interview was fairly routine with a corporate HR screening via MS Teams. Two weeks between first interview and another virtual interview with the corporate talent development team. After that, I had to wait so long that my application was cycled to a new HR partner automatically. I eventually had an on-site interview where I had to give a presentation on the company values. Eight people in the room made it a bit tense and they didn't stick to the itinerary I was given, which I believe ultimately went against me.
