I interviewed with a recruiter, then did a test they sent to me, then the final was a interview with an Manager. They had a job fair where I brought my resume and talked to a recruiter and she said when she got back to the home office she would get the information to me to fill out. After I filled it out I was told they would get back to me which they did. After that wait everything went pretty fast and they sent me all of the equipment and instructions

Question 1
They asked me what was my sales amount for the year at my present or former agency and how much business did I write. Also asked if I every sold Auto and Homeowners Insurance. After that they were different questions asked but I can't remember them and it was by a Manager and it didn't seem like he had a script or follow a script. They were just general questions regarding the insurance industry.

not very informative on bonus structure even though that seemed to be the highlight of the conversation, spoke about getting licensed and potential start dates and that was really it

Interview was conducted by 2 managers and a director....they inquired about sales experience and what were your sales results. They inquired about organizational skill. Self management process. They also required to take drug test and reading and writing skill test (timed)
