It is a very generic process, including an online assessment, a digital interview and in person interview. It was well structured and pretty smooth. Basically, they ask about your motivation and skills.

Interview
Had two interviewers, both very kind and easy to talk to. They asked a few questions about why I'm interested in the field, my previous experiences, the type of management style I prefer, and typical behavioural/situational interview questions.

The interviewer was nice and easy going. The process was smooth until they ghosted at the very end. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would love to apply again some other time.

Interview
I applied a couple months before the interviews but once it started, the process was very smooth and quick. I had my first interview with someone from HR and heard back the very next week for a final round. Interviewed with the team for the final round and I heard back with an offer a day or two later. Mostly behavioral questions. Very smooth process.
