They asked about my understanding of risk management, a time I resolved a team conflict, and how I stay updated on market trends. I also had to complete a case study involving client needs analysis and present my recommended insurance solution.

Interview
There were Psychometric Tests, then a Hire-view, then an In-person Assessment Centre. The Assessment centre was comprised of a presentation, then a group activity, then a Individual Test and finally a office tour.
