I arrived 10 min early and was kept waiting until 10 min after scheduled interview start time.
Once again I applied for the stated opening of BARTENDER. Once again, I was told they promote bartenders from within after starting as a server. Why do companies do this? Stop advertising for a bartender when you will only hire servers.

Tell me about yourself. That is when I stated I have years of bartending experience and was told have to be a server first.
Unorganized they scheduled an interview but don’t have you come in for the interview. I waited almost and hour after my scheduled time in order to be seen and it just wasn’t a great experience

Interview
Asked me about my previous work experience and asked a couple of drink recipes. In general was fairly simple and questions were easy to answer if you have experience behind the bar.
Three rounds of interviews for this place? It’s kind of ridiculous to have that many interviews for any bartender job, let alone this one. Easy, but a total waste of time.
