Not really a lot of communication from the company. The main preparation I did was to be able to speak to my experience and what the company does.
People at the office seemed pretty young, and when I was there the office was quiet. Based on the interview, it seemed like it was a work hard play hard kind of organization and that the expectation was people should be available whenever. One of the interviewers kept cutting me off which irked me a little.
Most of the questions were based on my background and experience. I felt like I had to prod about the company and how people worked which made me a little nervous that they might be hiding something. Stereotypical questions such as long-range plan, reason for leaving were asked.
