Very professional, questions directly pertain to operations and management and development of personnel. Focus on past experiences and ability to make decisions and control operations. Personnel development was a major focus during the interview and most of the questions pertained to it.

Very quick and easy. Applied online through a virtual assistance that made applying for the job super easy and convenient. I think this is a very intelligent way for companies to set up the interview process. I know from Personal experience, companies that make applying difficult, often get passed up on.
First contacted by someone in talent acquisition, they screened me and moved me on to a panel interview. There were a lot of interviews. Process can seem to flow a little slower than what you’re used to.

Long and pointless. Had 3 interviews and was told I’d have an offer for a position. The position ended up not being open. Poor communication and waste of time. I tried to follow up and was ghosted. Didn’t value my time or talent.
