Two phone interviews for fit. Applied for an entry-level/training position; few if any technical questions. Mostly questions about academic background, interest in the field, etc. Two of these by phone, both were similar in these regards.

Quick process from start to finish. Just had 2 interviews before receiving offer from the hiring manager. The background check process wasn’t too bad either and was quick. The HR people were friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Their in-house recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I did a phone interview with him that was pretty causal. I spoke with the hiring manager a week later . The process was straightforward.
