They seem to prioritize whether you will fit into the company culture most but in doing so, they end up seeming a little exclusionary. I understand they are targeting a midwest audience but they are based in the bay area. Hiring manager asked questions like where was I born and about my living situation. I would have liked it if the questions were in line with the job and not so personal.
Applied online and proceeded with 2 zoom interviews one being with the manager then the team. After the second interview I was assigned a candidate project to present as the final round.
