I received a email to fill a google form and then had to do a zoom interview with the hiring manager and one student employee for 30 minutes explaining why i was fit for this role

Simple interview process with Area/Center manager.
Mainly questions about personality, customer service, handling unknown situations. For example:
- Handling a mock call (Answering the phone correctly and courteously)
- Improvisation if a computer system isn't working.
- Being able to tell a student that you don't know something and how to get back to them.
