Interview
It went well, normally they just interview to see what sort of personality you possess and where you would fit well within the team. Depending on the position that you're applying for, but for the UGTA it was straight forward.

- Name a difficult task with a group of people and how you approached it
Didn't contact timely after I gave my interview, they kept me hanging for too long and when I contacted them again they didn't respond. I had to hold up another employer just because of them.
