The interview process was rather simplistic and not difficult to engage in. As long as you have your resume memorized, have some what of a personality, express interest in caring for others, and hold a conversation for longer that 5 minutes, you are pretty much set.

Applied through Employee referral. Had 40mins informal chat with Associate director, mostly talking about my past experience. Not formal at all and was hired right then. Super smooth and chilled interview I have ever been.
