The interview process was nice the manager was friendly and thorough on their expectations. I actually got called by accident as they meant to call someone else for a different position but it all worked out in the end.

Phone screen, then in-person. We talked for a few hours about plants, work ethic, and company history before we decided to end the interview. So exciting. Received a call a few days later with an offer.
