This is a job for someone that is willing to work hard for their paycheck and not expecting anything to be given to them. The interview process consisted of multiple questions asking how you would handle different situations. You also have to give an example of a sales pitch. I was asked to give a sales pitch about my favorite meal.

Started with a brief phone call. This is just to get a feel for your personality and how interested you actually are about the position. The second step was an online 45 min Skype interview with the person would be your regional manager. They do put you on the spot and ask you to try and attempted to sell them the planner you would be selling for over the summer. Its not to difficult your actually interested in outside sales.

Sit down typical interview process. It is more of a get to know the type of person you are. Being honest is your best bet. Think outside the box, they are looking for people who can get the job done.
