Invited to Manchester Office.
A design exercise was a choice of two problems - both concerning heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
An interview with a senior engineer and one of the directors followed. This involved presenting the work I completed before and my thought process.
Other questions were about my motivation to join the building services team and Arup.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. There were a lot of technical questions, and they also asked about your past experience. Try your best to answer all the questions based on the knowledge you have, and be honest if there are some questions you don’t know the answer to.
detailed interview, nice host. went all well but I wasnt confident enough and made some mistakes. Seemed like I could have gotten the job but I wasnt good enough for some reason
