Applied this position on their website and got the interview opportunity last month. Two recruiters interviewed at the same time for about half an hour in a Friday afternoon. They only asked about four questions about the career goals, former experience, knowledge about Arup.

When I said I have done BIM before, they suddenly asked about my understanding to BIM. Didn't response very well.
it was good and the interviewer made me comfortable during the interview session, explain to me on the job functions and responsibilities. The office is spacious and comfortable to work there.

It is a bet difficult to fully sell yourself using their video screening process. It is a lot easier to expand on your experience and expertise in a face to face setting.
