I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arup (Amsterdam) in Apr 2015
Interview
Went to Arup Office in Amsterdam and asked to talk to someone from HR after I had submitted my cv and application. Was able to have an informal interview with an engineer from infrastructure department. Was very friendly and relaxed and asked me to present myself and tell about my education, my university and my interest in working at the company. We also went through my thesis work and I was explained how the team was working at the moment and what could have been my opportunities there.
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.
