Very chill. Typical behavioral question. No need to prepare much just be yourself, all smiley. Around 45 minutes of interview. Idk what else to say, it is very chill tho.

3 month hiring process, online IQ type tests, self-recorded video interview then assessment centre with case study and teams call interview. Very friendly and helpful staff during assessment centre, I was very nervous but they made me feel relaxed

Three stage.
1. Application form with Questions
I would recommend to really think about the questions and dont using AI to fill them.
2. Numerical and Reasoning online assesment
It can be a bit tricky the reasoning part, its confusing. The numerical part is okay.
3. Online Interview with and assesment.
Its a long interview, but overall its not difficuilt. They are interested in knowing you and your tought process.
