Easy interview however they didn’t really allow me to actually speak and basically spent the whole thing telling me about the position. Questions were repetitive. 3 part interview (one was a video call interview). They told me I’d hear back by the end of the week although it was actually two weeks later after I emailed the recruitment agency that I finally found out I didn’t get the job. They don’t respect people’s time. Also said they went with an internal candidate despite telling me that they had no Japanese speakers in the office and were currently using google translate (the position specified fluent Japanese). Very unprofessional.
