Group interview. It was a group of multiple people on the floor. No frills. Lots of situational questions. They want to make sure you work as a team. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
This process was great and I filled out all the required paper work needed to be able to apply. I did all the tests and everyone there was very accommodating and nice.

Lots of phases, first with manager then with departmental nurses, all were virtual since I would be moving from a different state. Overall was a good experience but lengthy and took a few months to go through the process and hear back.
