I completed a one-way "phone" interview where they let me email my responses. (Their terms and conditions would have made my voice recordings their property to do what they wanted with them otherwise.) I then got an email asking me for times I was available for another interview. The very next day I got an email saying the position was filled and they weren't going to interview me.

It was a virtual interview but when I got on it was just one manager on a phone and another on the call with her camera off and didn’t speak. Gave the wrong time for the interview and the interview lasted 2 seconds on a phone call.
