Association for Talent Development interview questions

Interview was very basic and lasted abotu 45 minutes. Standard question about experience and how it would align with role. Conversation went well however, I was told I'd hear about next steps within a week or so but what ghosted and no one responded to follow-up emails. Unfortunate since I was excited for the role and the organization

typical phone interview screening, assessing basic qualifications, and interest in the role, and next steps were to then meet with hiring manager and their direct report. It lasted no more than a hour.
