Had two rounds of discussions, One of the best interview I had in my 6 years career. The 1st round discussion is more towards my recruitment experience, knowledge on engineering domain, competitors etc..The 2nd discussion is more towards the recruitment planning, salary negotiations, Metrics etc.. Overall the Interviewer was very talented and discussed on point to the detail. Advise you to prepare well on aspects of recruitment before meeting them
