Long application process including a multitude of tests and phone interview. Invited to an assessment centre after a successful phone interview and agreed an assessment centre date. A week later I received a call to cancel the assessment centre and rearrange - didn't hear back for two months. Emailed the HR representative to query the new assessment centre date and was told that I am no longer under consideration. Incredibly poorly handled.

Interview
Telephone interview in preparation for assessment centre. Asked a few questions but felt more as though they were checking to make sure the person matched their application. Explained what the next step of the application process would be and what would happen differently this year as it would be held online.
