received an email with a link to sign up for a first round interview. first round with HR, asked basic behavioral and experience related questions. what are strengths what are you involved in on campus etc.
HR call with the recruiter. The pay range mentioned in the interview was much lower than the listed on the posting so I didn't proceed. The next interview was a video call with the panel including the hiring manager and the team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlantic Health System in May 2019
Interview
Two phone interviews were fairly basic and easy.
Asked the typical interview questions and gave me an offer after the second interview.
Was a quick process overall and painless. I was surprised they did not do a video interview.
