Telephone interview:
The guy was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. He told me to answer in STAR format.
From this interview and reading others on here I think the main competencies are teamwork and adaptability!
I literally just had this interview so haven't heard back yet so ignore the offer bit!

Four stage process- application, online tests, video interview and final Assessment centre. The assessment centre was split into a group activity, independent presentation and a final one to one interview

Psychometric testing quite easy, then laid back phone call with 3rd party recruiter then invitation to in person assessment centre with a group pitch, a sólo presentation and two question solo interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atos (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Application form, Online tests, Telephone interview, Assessment Centre. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process, particularly at the assessment centre. The day consisted of a group exercise (which you cannot prepare for), a case study (again you cannot prepare) and 2 interviews. The interviews were friendly, and questions were based on motivations for Atos and competency questions.
