Audible's interview process was easily the most organized I've ever been involved with. The internal recruiter was clear about how each step of the process would work, and each of those things came to fruition. There was a recruiter phone screening, 1 one-hour phone interviews, and an on-site interview panel of 5 interviews over 6 hours and a lunch.

Question 1
Amazon-style "STAR" questions were asked in each interview, along with two whiteboard application design sections.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Audible (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone interview followed by onsite interview - meeting with 5 people. The interview focused on architecture, previous projects, Agile philosophy etc. Overall very interesting conversations. They are mainly focusing on how you can handle conflicts, negotiations, working with a technical team, where you don't necessarily have all the answers.
