Very transparent and the interviewer was knowledgeable and polite in respect to jobs. Also, one of the major questions focused on good customer service and communication skills with both internal and external customers

I applied online. I interviewed at AutoZone (Leander, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

Give an example of when you went above and beyond what was required.
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
