Interview
There was a quite long interview process which includes more than 3 or 4 interviews with different people. My interview was HR first, than technical based interviews with department manager and peers. After that plant manager , general manager and than they offered.
First interview with HR.
2nd with hiring manager and HR. The interview was focused on technical knowledge with some additional questions related to career development.
After I received the offer.

I submitted an application/resume online, a couple of week s later they called me to set up an interview, the interview was with several people. About a week later they let me know that they wanted me for the job.
