Two phone interviews followed by a day on site with several 1 on 1 interviews. The phone screen was pretty basic, only fifteen to twenty minutes long. The way they did the 1 on 1 interviews was a little strange. Not sure how they chose who would go into the room.

They schedule you for an "intro call to talk about the role" Then ask you technical questions. interviewed with someone who was an intern the year before, sounded upset he had to speak with me on the 30 minute call. Made it clear he did not want to talk with me. Ended up just walking him through my resume for 5 minutes and then started asking me technical questions on what was supposed to be a behavioral personality fit intro call.
