First stage over phone. Nice lady
Second stage face to face .apparently some mix up with my application. Didn't know i was a wheelchair user .

Wasn't even offered to be shown round the location.
Plus side 2 people was nice tho .

Question 1
All about there values. Nothing about my and my disability which I was waiting on to tell them .
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.
Virtual interview with competency based questions. Specific examples needed to link to competency questions. Role play undertaken. Interview process Lasted around one hour. Interviewers friendly and put you at ease.
Very long, there were many stages. The day was very chaotic and unorganised.
-Introduction presentation.
-Sitting in the call centre shadowing for an hour.
-Typing test (they use a website from google).
-Strength based questions.
-Holiday Task.
