Phone call with the sourcing team which was extremely rude and asked intrusive and rude questions that were unncessesary this early in the interviewing process.
Very unfriendly, would never interview there again.

Positive experience interviewing with Axonius. Started with a friendly phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a 1.5 hour remote technical round and another 1.5 hour onsite technical interview. All interviewers were professional, knowledgeable, and created a great vibe throughout.
The only downside: after investing time in multiple stages, I waited over 2 weeks for an update and received a generic rejection email with no feedback. A quick call to share insights would’ve been appreciated for such a thorough process.
Still, solid company and team.

Question 1
diving into my background, walked through past projects, implement an in memory cache and a system design question.

Interview
This is the general process I went throught: Get to know -> Coding session -> Design and Analytical skills -> Group manager interview personal + logic questions + describe project.
The questions were really related to the role, no BS, the process was very quick (because I wanted it to be). And I asked to get an offer fast, because I had another offers on the table, they managed to send an offer within a day after the last session. Overall good expirience.
