Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Azimo (London, England (UK)) in November 2017.
Interview
Had quite a positive phone interview in which I was asked to give a CV run-down and to demonstrate my knowledge of the company. Afterwards I was invited to a face-to-face interview the following week.
During this interview, the examples I provided of my prior work were belittled by the interviewer and conclusions from my Master's dissertation were dismissed as being "obvious". On both occasions I was given no opportunity to clarify. It was quite upsetting to have my work patronised in this way.
Ultimately a poor candidate is a poor candidate. But even so, one expects to be spoken to with a certain amount of professionalism and decency. If Azimo is happy to treat its interviewees in this way, it begs the question of how it treats its employees.
Nonetheless, I wish them the best of luck in future. Their product is interesting and has incredible potential to benefit many in the developing world. I just hope those people never have to suffer the misfortune of interviewing here.

Interview
First round interview and research project (10slides ppt).
Terrible experience, made me do and send my research project and then stopped writing (and even answering!) my emails. 2 months after submitting my project I still didn't know anything about my application status, just to be quickly rejected with zero feedback about my project (that they got for free) and after a number of unanswered emails.
Probably the worst recruitment experience I ever had.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Azimo (London, England (UK)) in April 2016.
Interview
First, I had a phone interview with Azimo's head of product during which we talked about my experience. I then came into Azimo's offices for a 3 hour interview session in which I met with Azimo's head of product, their head of delivery and their UX designer. I had some good two way conversations and felt very positive about Azimo and the role.
At the end of that interview round, I was told that the next step would be for me to have a chat with Azimo's commercial person and that this would be arranged as as soon as the head of product would come back from a trip to Cracow. Despite my sending two email reminders, I've never heard back from Azimo since.
This makes for a very poor experience in my opinion, especially since I felt that I had invested quite a bit of time and effort into the interview process (both in preparing for and conducting the interviews). I fully appreciate that I might not have been what Azimo were looking for, but it would have been good to have had any form of feedback. Instead I was just left with promises of next steps that were not lived up to.
Azimo feels like a great product, operating in a very interesting space. However, if you do decide to apply for a role there, I would strongly recommend checking beforehand about the steps involved and about your contact person throughout the application process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Azimo.
Interview
The interview consisted of a 1 hour Skype interview with the Head of Talent, then over an hours Skype interview with the Head of Tech, then near 4 hours (!!!) being interviewed by the entire team separately.
The first hour was with two Product managers, then an hour with the two designers, then 45 minutes with the cofounder, then 30 minutes with the Head of Tech, the 30 minutes with the recently recruited Product Manager.
It was tough as I was repeating myself over and over, I think the time could have been spent a lot more efficiently.
But the whole team and cofounder all seemed really nice and welcoming.
I didn't hear back when I was told I would, I had to chase them.

Interview
I had a call with HR first and then a face to face interview with several members of the team. The people I met from the company were all really lovely and the whole process was good. The company took a while to get back to me after the interview but I had already assumed I hadn't gotten it so wasn't too bothered.

Interview
The process sucked. At first they tell you how impressed they are with what you've done in the past, lift the hopes high, then push you off the cliff without viable explanations.

Interview
Applied through the jobs portal. After 2 hours I was contacted by the HR asking me for a Skype interview after 3 days. The interview was quite easy about my past and current experience. 1 hour after this first round they contacted me for a 2nd round to be held 4 days later. I had this 2nd round with the hiring manager. From his description of the role it started to be clear that the requirements weren't matching with the job description. I said I was keen to fill my lacks regarding some technical aspects of the role. The interview was pretty short. The interviewer told me I would get a feedback in 2-3 days. Despite I dropped a mail to know the outcome (which I know they checked) they never got back to me. Poor experience and not transparent at all, both on the communication and regarding the role description.
