I worked at Azimo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

At my time this company (especially the co-founder who left) gave a lot of space to grow to anyone who wanted. Within 3 years I've learnt many, many, many things you wouldn't learn in other companies for decades

    Cons

compared to other companies (and after Azimo followed already 3 - before there were 4) I cannot really think of anything negative.

    Advice to Management

Think twice whom you put on what position - there are great talkers out there, who are zero productive in the end

I have been working at Azimo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Free lunch Thursdays, great colleagues

    Cons

Tough to swallow Product team decision not necessarily based on data

    Advice to Management

There are a lot of people in Kraków office that are working their butts off simply because they love the company and i'm not sure that they are being recognised enough. Not talking about IT departments there - they are compensated for their work.

I worked at Azimo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working for Azimo 1 year full time in the marketing team. I am eternally grateful to this company for offering me the opportunity to start my career in marketing (before I had 3 years experience in sales). Here you will learn what does it mean working in a start-up: handling pressure and feeling the direct impact of your activities on the business. You will learn a lot according to your ambitions and be involved in discussions related to the business itself and its future. You can find very welcoming colleagues!

    Cons

I had to leave the company because I didn't have the chance to grow. Not an increase of responsibilities, no promotion on the horizon, not an increase of salary. Well, nothing to motivate me. All this despote the results I brought to the company, targets achievements and my desire to do more, My job became extremely limited and boring.

    Advice to Management

Start evaluating better your human resources, be able to distinguish the hard-workers and reward them. Last but not least: you are not choosing in the right way the managers. They can be good at their job, but their level of management or human skills is quite poor.
