I initially called a few offices to inquire about the ALDP (Associate Leadership Development Program). I was eventually put in contact with the southeastern recruiter. I had two phone interviews with the recruiter and then an in person interview with a division director. I had an additional interview with the national recruiter after that and was extended an offer.

It was very long and rewarding. I had to interview with many people within a two month span. The con is that it takes a long process, but I think the purpose is to make sure they choose the right candidate and get all perspectives from each interviewer. It was rewarding to meet so many people and hear their stories and passion about working for Bayada. It was great to meet people who have worked within an agency for over 20 years. Overall, it made me want to work for Bayada even more!
