I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at BB&T
Interview
To me, it was a pretty normal, structured interview. Of course there was the regular questions like "where would you like to be in five years", but other than that nothing abnormal. Years of interviewing at other financial institutions prepared me well for this interview. All I had to do was tell them what they wanted to hear.

Do you work well with women? That is all we have at this branch.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BB&T in Jul 2021
Interview
I did an online application and an over the phone interview, which led to an offer for an in-person interview. In-person was a short interview with relatively basic questions about previous experience. There's a second interview that I've yet to do. The branch manager and sales manager interviewed me and told me that If I'm selected to move forward my next interview will be with the regional manager. A lot of hoops to jump through, but the interview itself is easy.
A lot of questions about sales skills, your daily routine, maintaining a quality pipeline etc. Be prepared to answer questions about your business building skills. Can you think outside the box etc
I applied online. I interviewed at BB&T in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online then about 3-4 weeks later received a phone call from HR rep who asked general questions about work experience and why I wanted to work at BB&T. I was then moved on to the next level to speak with someone similar to a Regional Manager. I was made aware that day that I had moved on to the next level to interview with Branch Manger at location I may be working at. That's whats next. Hopefully after interview I will get offer
