I applied online to at least 6 positions that I am qualified or over qualified for. Heard back from a real person in Europe who i asked to please forward my resume to the US. Did hear after that from a real person in the US who apparently sent my resume to the hiring manager. Had a phone interview, manager has been there 2 years but 13 years in management. Manager said that he will send my information to the next manager level with his recommendations. the questions themselves were boring and not really related. they were from a list of questions. one questions was how familiar am I with MS products. the most challenging question was how do I deal with frustration. Salary is 30k below market and what is showing on glassdoor
