The process was concise and focused, with relatively few steps. A good number of key people within Backbase made themselves available to participate. The recruiter / talent sourcer was very organised and did his job well, and kept in touch through the process.

The interview process was well structured. Communication and feedback was fantastic and made it a really great experience.
