The interview process was clear and straightforward. I was given a programming task, with clear rules and evaluation metrics. After I turned in my work, a developer reviewed my code and said that I was up for the technical interview.

All interviews are super easy, no serious technical questions, test assignment is easy too. But still, they try to find fault in every your word in order to lower the salary bar. As a result, they offered much less money than we discussed at the first stage, justifying this by the fact that the first year will be an adaptation in the company

The interview process went quite well. During every stage of the interview process, the HR provided feedback. In contrast to other usual organisations, the HR process was highly fast, and you received feedback about yourself almost immediately. The entire process took around two weeks.
