Casing interview with two people in the first round that consisted of a market sizing and profitability case for a garage company. had to figure out the profits and the overall strategy that would lead to maximization in the case. second case was very similiar

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.

There is a test after which you have to go through several rounds of market sizing and business case interviews, hr interview is separate and asking for general personal experience things
