Was very typical, no behaviorals first round, only casing. Case and behavioral second round. Market sizing in both rounds, but still simple. Didn’t ask to go too in depth. What was pretty bad was that they ghosted me for like 2.5 weeks afterward, even if I made it to the final round. No feedback or anything, had to basically pry the decision out of them which was so annoying.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
