1st round are two 30-40 minute cases. You jump very quickly into the case. A minute or so upfront of what you are interested in consulting.
2nd round is a 30-40 minute standard case, 30-40 minute fit interview, 1hr written case prep followed by 30-40min written case

Several specific questions about my previous career in academia... such as what did you work on? how did you use statistics? what did you find challenging?
Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
