I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
The process consisted of two back-to-back interviews with two people at a time. This seemed strange to me, as both groups asked me virtually the same questions. I'd recommend that the company reassess the process. There was a brief walk-through tour, and then I was led back to the lobby. Most of the questions were asking me to elaborate on items on my resume.

Question 1
Why did you apply/what interests you about Bain? Explain x on your resume. What skills can you bring to Bain?
i had an interview with Bain after completing my online assessment. They gave me 4 days to prepare for the two case and 1 behavioral interviews in the first round. Is this normal?
Typical consulting cases with 5 minutes of behavioral in the beginning. Two separate interviewers for the first round; math questions were not hard and mostly focused on market sizing. Good luck!
case studies and guesstimates followed up by resume questions. first it started with an aptitude test which was hard and then the short listing for interviews. we had 2 interviews per person
