Interviewed on campus and final round in the office. A "behavioral" portion where both the interviewer and you introduce yourselves.. A case question that is usually composed of 2-3 exhibits. Bain focuses more on cases rather than fit, and I did not really get much out of the "behavioral" portion. The cases are very straightforward.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
