Interview
3 rondes met telkens 2 Bainies (1e ronde: consultants, 2e ronde: managers, 3e ronde: partners).
Persoonlijk gesprek van telkens één uur dat opgebouwd is als volgt: eerst vragenronde aan sollicitant (om de 'fit' te checken), vervolgens een business case oplossen (ongeveer half uur, inzicht in profit drivers van verschillende industrieën kan helpen) en tot slot eigen vragen aan de consultants.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
